Last Updated: September 16, 2025

Welcome to Xtreme.tools! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and the tools provided at https://xtreme.tools (the “Service”), operated by Xtreme.tools (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

Xtreme.tools provides a collection of online tools designed to interact with various third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) services, such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic Claude. Our Service acts as an interface, allowing you to utilize these third-party services by using your own personal API keys.

2. API Keys and Data Handling

A core feature of our Service requires you to provide your own Application Programming Interface (API) key from third-party AI providers to access and use the tools.

  • No Storage of API Keys: We are committed to your privacy and security. Xtreme.tools does not store, save, log, or share your API keys. Your API key is transmitted securely and used only for the duration of your session to process your request with the respective third-party AI service. It is discarded immediately after the request is completed.
  • User Responsibility for API Keys: You are solely responsible for the security and management of your own API keys. Any costs, usage limits, or consequences associated with the use of your API key on our platform are your own responsibility.
  • Data Sent to Third Parties: When you use a tool, the data you input is sent directly to the third-party AI service (e.g., Google, OpenAI) associated with the API key you provided. Your data is subject to the privacy policy and terms of service of that third-party provider. We do not monitor or store the content you generate.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to disrupt the integrity or security of the Service.
  • Violate the terms of service of any third-party AI provider whose API key you are using.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and for ensuring it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Xtreme.tools.

The intellectual property rights of the content you generate using the tools on our platform are governed by the terms of the respective third-party AI provider (e.g., OpenAI’s content policy).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We provide the tools without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate, reliable, or meet your requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Xtreme.tools, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
